En mi actividad como Recruiter, y Coach, una de las acciones que más me  apasiona son  las sesiones donde debo brindar y acompañar con soporte y escucha a los profesionales que se acercan cuando tienen dudas sobre los nuevos rumbos de su desarrollo laboral o profesional. Es un gran desafío ser parte de observar y trabajar juntos, para que encuentre sus nuevos horizontes profesionales.

Es interesante a la hora de buscar nuevas puertas a nuestra actividad o profesión ver el lado B de nuestras carreras. Muchas veces cuando terminamos una titulación  solemos tener ya en mente estipulados ciertas salidas laborales que suelen ser las más desarrolladas a dicha profesión. Otra veces la rutina o las limitaciones de crecimiento en el lugar que nos encontramos ejerciendo nuestra profesión, hacen que nos replanteemos nuevos rumbos a desplegar.

Sin embargo hay otras actividades afin a nuestra profesión que no las hemos siquiera visto porque tal vez no pensabamos que eran compatibles e incluso complementarias a nuestra actividad laboral desarrollada y de experiencia.

En nuestra actividad como Agentes inmobiliarios contamos con Arquitectos que dan mucho valor agregado a la hora de reinventar los hogares que nuestros clientes adquieren a través de los servicios inmobiliarios que brindan nuestros agentes.
