¿Cuándo se dio cuenta que RE/MAX era una verdadera oportunidad?
Lucas: Al principio, fue medio desafío, prueba y error pero puedo decir que a los 6/8 meses aproximadamente vi que el tiempo y energía que dedicaba en mi anterior trabajo si lo aplicaba en este, podía ser mucho mas rentable.
¿Cuánto tiempo tardó en concretar el primer negocio?
Lucas: Mi primera operación podría decir que fue entre el 6to y 7mo mes desde que arranqué
¿A cuánto tiempo planea sus objetivos?
Lucas: Me proyecto anualmente y dentro de ese año planifico varios objetivos a cumplir que van desde lo económico a lo familiar y relacional no solo para el trabajo sino para la vida personal.
¿Cómo divide su tiempo entre llamados, capacitación, visitas, etc?
Lucas: Tengo un gran aliado “AGENDA” donde organizo las tareas, capacitaciones y diferentes acciones del día. Trato de cumplirla y no salirme de ahí puesto que es una especie de guía para cuando uno se desorganiza o desenfoca. La agenda me pone en orden y en la ruta nuevamente
¿Qué cree que es lo más importante que debe tener una persona para ser Agente Inmobiliario?
Lucas: Actitud, hambre de crecer, honestidad, humildad, ganas de superarse, mente positiva.
¿Cómo te ves de acá a 10 años?
Lucas: Con un gran equipo de buenas personas, con ganas de seguir aprendiendo y formándome continuamente dando el mejor servicio.
